Books for a Better Life Winners Announced

Southern New York Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society presented the winners of the 15th Annual Books for a Better Life Awards this weekend.

The Awards recognize self-improvement authors whose messages are aligned with the chapter’s mission of inspiring people to live their best lives.

Self-help books are very popular.  They do not often show up on Best Books awards.  It is nice that this award highlights some of the best books in this catagory.
