Hold Manager for Downloads

Holds for OverDrive downloadable audiobooks, videos, and music are now updated daily thanks to a new function provided by OverDrive called Hold Manager. Previous to this I checked the waiting list each Friday morning. Beginnning Saturday an automated report will run listing those titles with a holds to copy ratio greater than 5 to 1. The Holds Manager will then add copies for each title to bring the holds ratio in line with Sno-Isle practice. Since the added copies are available for checkout almost instantaneously patron waiting times should be noticeably reduced.
